Category: Let's talk
i'm not sure how many of you have heard about this, but thought i'd ask what you think anyway.
reecently in the news they mentioned a failed attempt to blow up a plain on the way to detroit. in response to this, airports have started to launch full body scanners.
there's all ready been a mixed reaction to this, some people are totally against it, and others are willing to go ahead with it.
so my question to you, if you were traveling somewhere, either in the US or maybe outside, would you object to going through the body scanner?
and, even for people that maybe can't use them, what do you think of the new scanners. is it a step forward, or do you think terroists etc will find a way around it.
In some instances, I think that this is a big step for flight safety and whatnot. It can keep us safe, the airlines secure, and the airports. In the same instance though, I feel that it is wrong to scan ones entire body for weapons and such. I mean it would be GREAT for security reasons, but sometimes there is a cut off. I personally would object to going through a body scanner. I mean, I don't look like a terrorist and I'll empty my pockets and bags for them etc etc. That's no problem, but a body scanner, now that's a bit too much I think. Honestly for people who cannot use them, it is not good obviously. If terrorists wanted to find a way around it bad enough, I'm quite sure they probably would. So yeah, body scanners are good but in the same sense they're not good. You get my drift?
Racial profiling is best way to combat terror, but nobody will use it because our government's a bunch of pansies who don't want to hurt anyone's feelings. I'm sorry! If a particular religion or race feels it's been given an unfare name, they obviously need to work to better it, don't they? Come on! Body scanners are an infringement of privacy to law abiding citizens, and a mild detourent to criminals.
Eehm, there is no objecting to go through a body scanner. If you travel you accept the security restrictions. You may protest them and think they are wrong, sign a petition or whatever you do, but you can't refuse any security measure taken at an airport, they simply won't let you travel then.
I have a lot less problem with that than the "if you want assistance, be in a wheel chair" policy e.g. at JFK, there are no exceptions. If you do not sit down in the wheel chair you will not get assistance. If you do, sometimes they leave you there for up to an hour in the middle of a floor somewhere because their shift is over or they only push a passenger from gate to common area, that I find objectionable and a discrimination against blind passengers.
I totally agree on ratial profiling, if your name is muslim, you wear a muslim headgear or come from a muslim country you should have extra scans. I know a few totally honest and fun, intelligent and modern muslims and I feel sorry for them, but fact is that in the last 3 or 5 years there's only one religion that seems to drive people crazy enough to blow themselves up along with their fellow passe3ngers and the rest of Muslims can blame them for problems they encounter.
All that being said, I find most of the extra security measurements rather ridiculous. If a terrorist wants to blow up a plane I am sure they can do it. You can't process 30000 flights a day and secure every single item on every single flight, not without causing so much delay and hassle to passengers that air travel will suffer even more as a consequence. Therein lies the brilliance of the terrorists. They make a failed attempt but they've caused millions of dollars, delays and disorder at all airprots across Europe and the U.S. without doing anything further, thus totally achieving their purpose of really causing chaos and trouble for the west.
Those scanner are gonna result in someone's neck'edd picture ending up on Youtube and you know it .... just sayin'
Yeah. That was the first thought that popped in to my head. Can you say "Free Porn Op?" Meaning the one scanning the pictures gets to freely upload yur neckedness onto YouTube. How special.
Just make sure you look good when you travel, clothed or not. I got a gym membership for that purpose. Haha!
i'd rather have a body scan then some lady putting her hands all over me for a pat down. have had that done and it creeped me out. as long as there isn't anything harmful in the rays they use, then, i don't see that it's a big deal. i'd rather be scanned than blowed up.
to post 5, that came up on my programme i watched about it. i think eventually, yes, it will be embarrasing for the person in question having the image sent round the internet, but eventually no one's going to kno who it is, and that chance will have to be taken.
i understand the point in post 8, having someone just randomly tuch you all over is odd!
I won't deny that I'd feel extremely awkward about a full body scan at an airport, but if it's a choice between that and soebody else managing to sneak some explosives on the plane concealed right by their package like that guy on Christmas I'll happily submit to the body scan. And let's face it folks, nothing they do is going to be perfect and yes there will be those who will abuse it, be it airport personnel or just some average pervert, but that's true of anything they might do. And yes, there's the possibility that sooner or later terrorists are going to find ways around any security they might implement at the airport. As to the post about Muslims, I've known quite a good many calm, moderate, inteligent and reasonable followers of that faith who aside from their religious beliefs and certain cultural dictates are just like you and me. I'd even say the vast majority of them are probably like that. But because of a few raddical extremists the entire religion has a bad reputation and practicianers are viewed with suspicion if not outright hostility just because they come from, say, Pakistan or Afghanistan. It doesn't matter if they're here legitimately or not. In the weeks after 9/11 (it's never going to just be September 11 again), I remember eharing on the news about an Afghan or Pakistani man who was on his way to a family member's wedding and ended up missing it because they wouldn't let him on the plane until they searched him exhaustively. And even after they found nothing they weren't wiling to let him board, but of course by then it was too late since A. the plane was gone and B. he'd pretty much missed the wedding. But just because you're from Iran, Pakistan or Afghanistan or even Iraq people automatically assume you're a raddical, even if you'd been living peacefully here for decades. Getting back on topic though, I do see people's points about invasion of privacy but as I said if it's a choice between letting them scan me to make sure I don't have a stick of dynomite or a pack of TNT shoved up my ass and possibly risking someone else getting away with that same thing I'll happily submit to the scan.
I don't mind going through a body scanner. In fact I'd volunteer and I'd demand in front of everybody that everybody who was traveling with me, for example relatives were scanned too.
People shouldn't be selected because of their race. There are white Islamic extremists, so racial profiling is pointless. Scan everybody.
Show me the white islamic extremists who have done the damage the middle-eastern extremists have? I realize there was Richard Reed, but he wasn't a muslim, just a deranged lunatic! The reason all this invasion of privacy is happening now, neighbor, is not white Americans! It is because of the extremists who feel the free westerners should live in the bondage of muslim law. Come on! Don't buy into the media hype. Think for yourself, and stand up to the true enemy.
Having said this, I would like to extend my apology to all the poor, peace-loving muslims who are inconvenienced by the radicals. It's not your fault, but your fellow believers are making you pay.
Damn, it’s probably a good thing that you don’t live in the Detroit area where Arabs make up the largest minority group. Although with that in mind, I really wonder who they were trying to target in the Christmas Day attack. I mean were they really trying to target the average American, or did they pick Detroit because of the increasing Arab population who are still eligible to vote in the upcoming Iraqi elections? Although one thing to keep in mind when discussing topics like this one is that not all Arabs are Muslim and not all Muslims are Arab. In fact, if I recall correctly, there are just as many if not more African American Muslims living in this country, as there are Arab Muslims. And as far as airport security is concerned, we can put in place all the security measures we want, but if someone really wants to find a way into our country then I’m sure that they will find it. I mean it’s a heck of a lot easier to just board an Amtrak train in Canada and arrive in downtown Chicago the next day than it is to go through all the security hassles of any major airport.
Just as many of you argue there's always going to be a way to stay one step ahead of the authorities in regards to security, there's always going to be a way to use such body scans in less than flattering methods.
And before you cry it's impossible or even highly unlikely, remember: That's what they already said.
Moreover, I find it funny that our society is so protective and generally modest in public when it comes to private skin, yet many are fine with full body scans.
All in the name of security, right?
Finally, mainly to post 1, we fly in airplanes, not airplains. Just saying.
-Brice
Crazy_cat, say what you want, but my point is valid! If wasn't 24 white Baptists, or black AME church members, or Jews who sabataged things in our country, was it? You don't see anyone but people from the middle east strapping on bombs, yelling stuff to praise Ala, and blowing themselves up, do you? Wake up and smell the coffee! If it were old Catholic ladies wearing rosaries that did all the bombing, and caused all the fighting, and provoked this nation, I'd say we need to suspect them! Why is it though, in the name of political correctness, the poor old ladies get searched, and the arabs with the bombs go through with a wave?
It sounds as though there is a lot of emotion behind that post. Simply because a select few who represent a particular segment of society does not necessarily mean that they represent the views and beliefs of the entire group as a whole. I don’t think that the Middle East extremists who commit acts of terrorism represent the average law abiding Arab or Muslim.
Additionally, if one were to follow the logic in your post, one could argue that all white males with a Michigan driver’s license driving a large rental truck should be pulled over and search thoroughly before entering into the state of Oklahoma. Not all terrorists need to enter the country to strike an attack against the United States. We can do everything humanly possible to prevent such attacks from happening, but no matter what we do, we most likely will never find a permanent solution for preventing terrorist attacks from happening.
The problem is, there is a certain group of individuals who are not of white, or black jewish or Christian heritage that hate American freedom, and wish to destroy it, and turn us into a captive islamic state just like they live in. It is not just a select group over there. They have millions, and they are overjoyed to inconvenience us, because they know we're such wimps, and inclusivists, and would never lift a finger to their poor, persecuted religion! We'll take everyone's freedom away because they keep doing things like this to us! It's time to change that! Until they learn that they won't get away with this stuff, they're the ones who need to be punished, not you or I, who are just innocently trying to board a plane.
Ah, blanket statements. People seem to feel that every Muslim nt of white or African American race is some sort of terrorist. As I said I've known quite a lot of Muslims who are reasonable, intelligent, moderate folks and not limited to white or black herritage. But because of a few raddicals and those who support them every Arab wanting to come to this country, or even those already living here, becomes an object of suspicion whether they have anything to hide or not.
i don't mind body scanners. i don't mind good security. and someone seeing me naked, they'd die laughing at the size of my !?!*!i think.
charles dickens once said to live in fear is to give up freedom. that may not be an exact quote but it is close.
I find it interesting that the fewer people who have strong religious convictions therefore a sure belief in an after life, the greater fear and concern we have for security. No matter how safe we are now, one day we will have to face what happens after we get our one ticket to the great beyond.
there is no way that we will ever be completely safe in airports or on planes. there is no way we will ever be safe walking down halls, going to cross the street or anything. Like it or not everything we do has some risk associated with it. as my dad always said "life is a terminal illness and no one gets out alive. and my child we are all livin' in a dyin' world."
we need to determine what level of uncertainty we individually are prepared to live with. When I was 22, i was held up at gunpoint. After all the stuff i went through with the police etc was done, I had to decide if I was going to hide in my house or get out and live. I don't do anything stupid like walk in a known high crime area after dark, but I'm not going to worry about what might happen. At that time I determined that no young thug was going to steal my life. That goes for one born here or in the middle east. The day after 9-11 I went to work on the train. Many many people here in DC hid in their houses. I said these people will not take my life. They may kill my body but in the meantime they will not stop me from living.
You know terrorists aside, flying is still the safest mode of transportation. You can get just as dead on a plane if the air trafic controller had a bad day and you end up in someone else's air space as you would from the detroit bomber.
the problem with our security is that we are reacting not
dealing with the situations proactively. we are westerners witha certain mind set which radically differs from that of the people we are concerned about. until our professionals begin thinking like and ahead of the terrorists we will live in danger.
Therefore every day we must treat our experiences like they are taking place on the first day of life. We must treat our interactions with people like they are occuring on our last. Therefore if the unthinkable happens, we have missed out on nothing.
Well said. I can agree with that. I'm definitely not going to stop flying because of what they try to do to me. I was on a plane a few days after the air space opened back up again, too. No big deal.
jesse, good for you for going out soon after the air space reopened. you should be proud of yourself. for the record, i still don't like to fly but it has nothing to do with terrorists and everything to do with handing my control over to a stranger. my uncle was a non repentant alcoholic who never was in recovery. he was a pilot for a major air carrier for fifty years. If you are acting like a jerk on the ground, I can pull you over and if the worst happens jump out while you are moving and take my chances. in a plane i don't have that option. coming after i said all that other stuff this is a logical inconsistency and a contradiction. i'm comfortable with that. i wouldn't stop flying because of what i said above. it is just always in the back of my mind. before i get on that 757 or air bus , i make sure that all my tangible and intangible business is in order.
What I really don't like is the way Obama, and indeed George Dubya, seemed to go on and on about how they were going to "put an end to terror." We're no more going to be able to do that than completely stop people from obtaining drugs or guns or even coming into this country illegally. And to be quite frank I don't blame a lot of the undocumented imigrants since we've made it so hard to come here the legal way. But that's another issue entirely and so I'm going to stop righ thtere. But it does bear somewhat on what we've been discussing. We're never going to completely eliminate terrorists, drugs or illegal firearms or even "illegal" imigrants.
This is so true, Brian, but we can sure try to lessen it. Getting back to the profiling thing, you know El Al Airlines has done it for years and years, and as many people are after the Jews, none of their planes have been so much as thought about as terror targets. Know why? They profile people and their races before they come onboard. If they look like a terrorist, or have any suspicians about them, they don't fly. End of discussion, and I'm for it!
Topics like these just prove the tarrorest's already won.
Sure, its possible but airplains are still the safest mode of transport we have ever created.
True, when they crash/are driven on perpous into objects they can cause alot of damage but, doesn't this hold true for one of those gass trucks? They can carry more fule than a small plain, take out other cars and such when they smash into an overpass support and expload... Does this mean we should fear driving anywhere near gass trucks?
Statisticly, one in 525 drivers on the road between 6 pm and 2 AM are driveing drunk... Does this mean we should avoid driveing during these hours?
I guess my point in this is everyone's got to go when they got to go... No one wants to go before there time but no one even knows when there true time to go is. The fear and fascination of death is one of the many things that binds us together as a race. Just be glad we're not back a few hundred years when people tended to get berried alive because of the medical technology of the time.
And sure, I don't want to die any of these ways, no one does. I don't want to leave those I hold dear behind to worry about me, no one does.
But, we can only change so much. Impact so much, know so much.
Lets just make the moste of what we're given, rather than fear some evil fucktard will demean us to the point where our death is just another number, just another statement, just another name or cross on a momorial... We as humans owe ourselves more than that. And I challenge you to prove me wrong on this point.
Before you jump to conclusions though, I'm not advicateing we don't improve security, its something that will always need to be done. Even now, if one really wanted to, they could slip an ionized plastic knife threw american airport security, pull that on a plain and there you go. Or use a lighter and start a fire, bringing the plain down or... or... or... or...
True, america can doo better on security but it should be done out of logic, not out of fear.
When you're in fear of someone, they've got you by the balls, you play there games, not yours. Fear is the moste effective psycological weapon for bringing a massive population under ones grip. Actually rape is and fear is seccond but that's another topic for another day.
Either way, when you give up your resolve, you give up several more pieces of you.
Though, there arereolistic situations where fear is needed, people blow it way out of proporsion, fearing things they can't controll, change or even make any difference in at all, the media loves these kinds of people... tarrorests love these kind of people... your governments love these kinds of people, and again, I say we as humans are worth more than that.
I think profiling is a useful tool in combating against security threats, but I don’t think it should be based solely on race. If race were to be used as the sole factor in determining who to profile then it would be too easy for someone to bypass the profiling if the person was of another race or just simply did not look like the race that you were trying to target. Race is such a subjective thing. It would be better to profile people based on criminal activity or links to groups of people who engage in criminal activity. In some ways, it seems as though the terrorists are winning the war on terrorism simply because they have put us in such a state of fear. And as the last post mentions, fear along with rape are two primary ways to gain control over someone else. You can create all the security measures you want, but criminal behavior is always going to exist.
Terrorists do bad things, we get scared. I don't have any problem with that statement in so far as it goes because it is fundamentally true. however, and I say this to all of you who believe that the only solution to this is to suspect everybody who is Muslin, or at least who look Muslim, you're not thinking about things deeply enough. Two reasons for that, firstly not all Muslims look Muslim. Not all terrorists look like terrorists. Come to think of it, they'd be doing a pretty rubbish job if they did so racial profiling, by which you essentially mean judging people on their appearance, would be totally ineffective. Not to mention down right racist into the bargain. Terrorist groups are well aware that people do judge by appearance so will obviously actively recruit people base on the fact that they don't look like traditional Muslims. Not really rocket science when you think about it. But more importantly, if you do fall into the trap of thinking this way then you are acting as a recruiting tool yourself. And ironically that is where the terrorists really win. You're doing their job for them. Because by targeting these people, the very people who you yourself admit 99% of aren't bad at all or who wish you no harm, you're proving the basic point of Muslim terrorists by openly displaying hate toward Muslims. That's how they recruit, they tell Muslims that westerners, Christians, hate Muslims and would like to eradicate them from the earth. Then low and behold they turn up at an airport and are dragged off to one side for extra checking as though they've already done something wrong when in all likelihood, their only crime will be that they have the wrong color skin, or where traditional Muslim headwear.
You can come up with all the justifications you like, but judging on nothing more than appearance is racist and portrays exactly the wrong attitude.
I remember when Golf war II began there was a lot in the media about how the invading troupes wanted to win the hearts and minds of the people of Iraq. It strikes me that British and American politicians would help themselves a lot if they turned that logic onto the people of their own countries. Taking a narrow minded stance toward all Muslims based on the deplorable actions of a few isn't the answer and indeed so far as I am concerned, is only counter productive.
I personally try to avoid planes, not because I don't like flying. In fact I love it. But precisely because of all this bullshit, I've grown to dread it. I don't like having to get there insanely early to go through security, having to have my bags opened etc and, worst of all, being told what I can and cannot bring on a plane. I mean, I could understand certain things, like don't bring an absolutely huge bag or breakable bottles etc, but when you start telling me that I can't bring any liquids, creams, shampoos/conditioners, lighters, cizzors (if stowed in a bag that's not carry-on) etc, I've got a serious problem. I don't really mind people seeing my body, since I don't associate it with shame and so on, but I do draw the limit at someone looking inside my underwear. That's for certain eyes only, not for everyone. The comment about pictures going on the net is exactly what worries me about this body scanner thing. It also might be used in identity theft or possibly other criminal activities. And what about children? Granted, if things went as they should, they'd be safe. But what if there's some sexual pervert out to exploit minors? I usually against political correctness, affirmative action etc but I'm also totally against racial profiling. It reminds me far too much of what was done to the Japanese Americans during World War II. People should have the right to dress as they see fit, and weather that means going topless or wearing a full head scarf and traditional clothing, no one should tell them otherwise. Certainly, people shouldn't be picked on just because they don't dress like the norm. And what about Americans or other Muslims who don't look Muslim? I mean, someone could easily convert to the religion and be just as hell-bent on destroying America. So should the innocent followers of Islam suffer while that "normal" looking person boards and blows everything up just because he/she didn't look like the stereotype? I think it's all a bunch of hype and nonsense to be honest. Yes, terrorists exist, but that's always been the case to one degree or another. People will try to cause chaos, to blow things up and to generally cause problems. But the media and the government have got people so wound up and afraid that they're willing to sacrifice personal liberties and freedoms. I often wonder how far they'll push the envelope before people say enough is enough, if they ever do. I think that's far more dangerous than the occasional terrorist, and this is coming from a Socialist. On a more lighthearted note, usually, I follow British spelling and grammar conventions. However, this is an interesting point. Since America invented this machine, should it be airplane or aeroplane?
I agree that race shouldn't be the only thing taken into consideration, but it should be something.
I personally feel race shouldn't even be part of it. Just because someone's Iraqi, Afghan or Pakistani does not automatically mean they're an object of suspicion. I heard a story on the news about an Afghan or Pakistani man who happened to have a wedding here in the US I might add, to attend shortly after the September 11 attacks. Well he ended up missing it or very nearly missing it simply because they pulled him aside for extra checks based solely on his race. I don't see how with one hand we can finally elect a mixed-race president (he's only half black), while with the other we can still force people of other race to endure humiliation and discrimination simply out of fear that one of them might, MIGHT being the key phrase here, possibly blow up an airplane. All we're doing is making it easier for the terrorists by showing them that we A. take them seriously and B. don't trust anyone but our own races. So all they have to do is recruit someone who can blend in, then that person hides some explosives in his...package, boards an airplane and brings the plane down in a fiery explosion right over a major airport. It's not race and not even religion really since as has been endlessly point out the vast majority of Muslims are quite rational, reasonable people who mean us no harm. But we've become so paranoid that everyone Muslim is automatically marked for suspicion.
the thing which concerns me is that terrorists will use a group which we tend to exempt from suspicion. a baby, a really old person, someone in a wheel chair, or a blind person. here in my area there was a man who got arrested for robbing women. he was in a wheelchair. he'd pretend to fall out. some sweet lady would reach down to help him, he'd grab her bag and voila run off fine as can be.
True. And then every blind or wheelchair bound person becomes and object of suspicion. Blind people have it hard enough as it is sometimes because some employer or whatever met one blind person who believed their blindness elevated them to the status of royalty and threw a fit because they didn't get what they wanted. Naturally they assume all of us are like that. The last thing we need is to become objects of suspicion in matters of terrorism.
Islam is not a race. It is a religion. People of all colours follow it. There are nonMuslims who may look Muslim to a racial profiler, such as people from the Middle East and North Africa who are Jewish and Christian, and people from the Indian subcontinent who may be Budhists, Sikhs, Hindus or follow a different religion.
The real problem, is that the UK, the USand other countries have huge watchlists with the names of thousands of people who are suspected of being Islamic extremists. You can't stop Islamic extremists by just watching them, but Barack Obama, and the main political parties in the UK have no desire to learn that lesson. They are all blaming the intelligence services, but the intelligence services are not fully to blame for the fact that the Pants bomber was able to get on a plane with explosives in his underware in the hope of murdering loads of innocent people.
The point is that if someone who's Iraqi, Afghan or Pakistani is in the US or is coming in on a plane or if they want to board a plane they seem to get searched more than everyone else. As for Islam, like I said it's because of a few raddical extremists that anyone who follows the faith seems to automatically become an object of suspicion. But let's face it. We're a suspicious people, suspicious of anyone or anything that's not exactly the same.
The only thing, besides the fact that this is all a bunch of crap, is if they think they see something. When they scan your carry on luggage, and they see something suspicious, they open it up and search it in plain view of everybody else. So, if they see something suspicious when you go through the body scanner, does that mean you have to strip so they can search you in front of everyone? Or does this mean that since they see something that looks suspicious, you automatically can't fly? That being the case, well, what if it turned out that you didn't have anything. The last time I flew, they thought I had a weapon in my purse, which of course, I didn't, and they found this upon further search, but what if this happens to your body scan.
I do have to agree with some of the previous posters, however, who prefer the body scan over a pat down. I'm really not sure what the pat down is accomplishing anyway. This brings me to my next point.
People tried to bring metal explosives and knives awhile ago, so they started detecting for metal. Then, the explosives change to liquid and plastic. Well, that works if you're dumb enough to try to bring it in a container, but obviously successful if you're planning to put it on your clothes. They don't check your plastic items at all, even now. Why should we all have to pay the price because one person managed to pull off something like what happened on Christmas Day? Like many have already said, someone's going to figure out how to get around the body scan at some point. Why don't we just buck up, admit that sometimes, these things just happen, and that there's really nothing we can do about it, find the idiot who did it, throw him in jail, or whatever the method of choice would be, and get on with business? The possibility of having a terrorist on the plane is very unlikely, and rarely ever happens. Now, just because of this one incident, we all have to go through even tighter security now.
I personally don't think racial profiling is going to help anything, because the fact that you are from Pakistan or Afghanistan doesn't mean you're a terrorist, and the fact that you're from the UK, America, or Canada, for example, doesn't mean that you are not a terrorist. These terrorists want us to live in fear, or even worse, not to live at all. They want to put us back into the Cold War times, and by responding the way the government is, that's exactly what we're doing. Back then, in the Cold War, however, they arrested anyone they suspected of being communist, and most often, they were wrong.
On another side note, I thought we also weren't allowed to bring carry on luggage anymore either. Does anyone know if that's true or not? because if it is, I have an extreme beef with that. There's people who have to take medications. There are people who can't afford or don't like the plane food, and bring dry snacks to eat on the plane. Some people need to use their cell phones in the airport to communicate with whomever is picking them up/dropping them off. Some people want to buy food in the airport, or use a pay phone if they don't have a cell phone, and therefore need a credit card or cash. For the flights longer than three hours, are they going to tell you to either watch the TV they have there with those cheap crappy headphones, or otherwise sit there and do nothing or sleep? Well, I guess the option of buying a book or a magazine at the airport can be eliminated since we can't carry cash or credit with us if we aren't allowed carry on luggage.
to find out all the particulars about travel, don't live on assumptions. we all know what the first letters of that word stand for. go to http://www.tsa.gov. they have a very indepth and accessible listing of what you can and can not do. yes, you can bring carry on luggage on plains. if they have to do a body search they have screened off cubicles like in a dress store for this to take place. if we work with the authorities they are more likely to be helpful happy and cooperative and we are probably going to get to our destinations on time.
I just heard that you weren't allowed anymore, which really didn't make sense to me, because they can and do scan those anyway.
So does that mean we can't wear fanny packs or bring a portable mp3 player etc? I used to say that the only time I'd go on a plane again is when I went to Greece. I think I've changed my mind. I'll go by boat.
FINALLY! A recognition I deserve! I just have to make sure I'm not travelling with a beautiful girl, because if I'm excited and my picture ends up on youtube, nobody would believe the size of my
Penis? Bravo.
O....wow.
No. Correction. Apparently I was wrong about the carry on luggage. I heard somewhere that you weren't allowed to bring those anymore, but apparently that's not accurate. You can always check out the website that Turricane mentioned above. I think I will, because I do a lot of flying.
Well it wasn't last time I flew, which was just last year when I went to visit my brother in Seattle. I was able to bring my laptop with my Victor Reader Stream in the carrying case.
